Pilgrimage in Armenia

The Mother of God is the greatest Saint in all churches and numerous holidays are dedicated to her. The assumption is the biggest of them.

Cases related to Armenia: The tomb of the Mother of God currently belongs to the Armenian and Greek Churches and is located in Jerusalem. St. Bartholomew brought the miraculous image of the Mother of God to Armenia. For centuries it was kept in the Hogyats monastery located in Historical Armenia. Unfortunately, it’s lost.

During the tour, you’ll be told about the life and work of the Mother of God before and after the birth of Jesus. Armenians have always been very attached to the Mother of God and numerous miracles and visions from the Mother of God appeared in Armenia (for example, the vision of Nerses Shnorhali, who was ranked among the greatest saints in the Catholic church). The spiritual life and the type of Armenian history will be studied.
