Tour Plan

The car will take us to the village of Gnishik, where we’ll begin our hike from the 2000th meter of height. You’ll experience a picturesque view from the summit to the surroundings (including Nakhijevan). Having a rest at the top, we’ll return back to the Gnishik village which is rich with historical and cultural monuments. In the 13th century, Gnishik was the summer residence of Orbelyan princes. Here you may see Karkop (or Khotakerats) monastery, some ruins of a chapel, and cross-stones that date back to the 9-18th centuries.

We’ll return back to Yerevan late in the evening.
