TOUR PLAN
In the morning we’ll leave for the Vardenis district, where a truck will be waiting for us. We’ll continue our way up to the mountains by a truck which will take us to the wonderful lake Al laying in the mountains. Surely, you have never seen such a big and beautiful lake in the Armenian highland. Having a stop at the bank of Al lake, we’ll take the way up to the mount Sandukhtasar which is the second-highest peak (3454 m.) of the Vardenis mountain range. The summit offers a pictorial view. Returning from the mountain, we’ll have our last stop at the Mekenyats monastery and return back to Yerevan late in the evening.
