Tour Plan

We’ll go to the village of Koghb, Noyemberyan.

Three kilometers south of the village, the Mshkavank monastery (built in the 18-19th centuries) is located on a high forest plateau.

From Mshkavank we’ll continue our way to Berdavan village. The Halinjakar (Ghalinjakar) fortress of 11-13th centuries is located on the Southeastern side of the village.

There are also some other historical and cultural monuments in the territory including Zithank fortress (2nd millennium BC), St. Nshan Church (18-19th centuries), chapel, cemetery, and tombs (dating back to the 2-1st millenniums BC).

The hike takes 4-4.5 kilometers.
