Mozrov Cave is located in Vayots Dzor province, alongside the road leading to the settlement of Mozrov. The cave is considered the third-longest cave in Armenia by length. It extends more than 300 meters deep and contains a large quantity of dripstone (speleothem) formations. The formations show a variety of colors — red, caramel, yellow, and white tones.
Mozrov Cave records the presence of stalactites, stalagmites, flowstone calcite formations, crystals, "cave corals," thin tube-shaped stalactites (soda straws), and helictites.
The cave consists of a long, large main hall with separate branches. The cave's known entrance was formed as a result of a collapse that occurred during road construction.
