Hiking trip to Gegharot Waterfall

Hiking trip to Gegharot Waterfall is a beautiful mountain route in Aragatsotn Province, on the slopes of Mount Aragats. ## The waterfall is located at about 3,000 meters above sea level, around 12 km from Aragats village, and falls from a height of approximately 17 meters. The route passes through alpine landscapes, rocky paths, green slopes, and open mountain views, making it a great choice for those who want to enjoy Armenia’s wild nature and fresh mountain air. ## In summer, the waterfall is especially impressive, while in winter it can freeze and become difficult to access. ## ❗ATTENTION Hiking difficulty: moderate. Distance: approximately 20 km. The route includes mountain terrain, rocky sections, and high altitude. Comfortable hiking shoes, warm clothing, water, and sun protection are required.
