“Suppose to be good for light food went for lunch after konds grafitti in Yerevan , food was great tried manti , rose wine and me a gin , wife tried biriyani rice and dal altogether great place we sat outside”

“Arrived for an early dinner and so had the downstairs dining room to myself. I was looking for more Armenian dishes as the menu offered many types of cuisine and my waiter was very thoughtful in his suggestions, explanations ans reccomendations. I selected a hearty lamb dish that was perfection. The room was bright and comfortably decorated, the service was pleasant and the food was excellent. I look forward to returning with guests!”

“I've booked Charentsi 28 restaurant the day before. Staff was so accurate: they welcomed us as a family. Atmosphere is friendly and you feel like at home. Food is typical western Armenian cuisine and authentic. Menu is not large but well balanced: appetizers, first and second course and very tasty orange cake. Main dish was Armenian “Manti” was authentic and testy: well balanced manti in good broth. Excellent for family gatherings.”

“Multiple, beautiful dining rooms, either with or without white table cloths, all loaded with a great selection of art. There's even a small, outdoor garden area for eating. Food was excellent at very reasonable prices. A little off the beaten path, but well worth the [very] inexpensive taxi fare.”

“The food is excellent, especially the Chef signature steak and grilled chicken. My son loved the mushroom soup,one must try. The server is friendly. I visited twice during my 4 days in Yerevan. Definitely my best choice in Yerevan. 😊”

“This restaurant is great for a quiet meal with a date or with friends. Although the menu includes Indian and Thai options— very unusual for Yerevan— I usually have a middle eastern appetizer or two and then their speciality orange cake or almond cookies for dessert. They will accommodate menu changes and will happily half the size of the orange cake portion, or add a scoop of ice-cream. Great background music but quiet enough for a good chat. Highly recommend.”
