Pizza Jazz

“Firstly the air con was on full blast cold, people were sat in the restaurant with coats on. I brought this to the attention of the staff but nothing was done. I cannot believe that staff did not notice customers sat with outdoor coats on. The service was glacial, new life forms have evolved during the time it took my food to arrive. We ordered 2 pizzas and some fries. Fries arrived first with no sign of any pizza so we had them as a starter. We noticed 3 tables of people of who came in much later than ourselves being served their food and were then on their way. We were finally brought one pizza with no sign of the second one we had ordered ( we both like different things) so we ended up sharing one then waiting a further 20 mins for the second one to arrive. It’s worth noting that the young man who served us was lovely and tentative and apologetic for the length of time we were waiting ( An hour and a half) we have no complaints about him. The restaurant was clearly badly managed with the woman who appeared to be in charge favouring standing in the warmth of the kitchen area doing very little. The sad thing is the food was good but the experience was appalling and honestly took up most of the evening’s conversation. I would have given 1 star but for the food and the young man serving us. Just in case anyone who owns the restaurant takes notice of the reviews we visited on the 24th of December around 9pm.”

“Very friendly helpful staff especially dealing with an English speaker. An English menu was available and they offer more than pizza. My warm veal salad was excellent.”

“PIZZA JAZZ is my favorite restaurant in Gyumri.Actually PIZZA JAZZ is one of the best restaurant that I have ever been. There you can taste an amazing Neapolitan pizza (wood fired pizza). Tiramisu in PIZZA JAZZ is just a magic. Visit for sure!”
