“There are several great places to go to eat in Dilijan, this is not one of them. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, wine bottles on display and a general welcoming atmosphere, however this was all undermined by the the surly and generally unfriendly waiter. He seemed unable to summon the enthusiasm to break into a smile at any point. While it's not his fault the three things we wanted were off the menu, perhaps lead with that when delivering the menus rather than just sighing when ask for them and telling us they are finished, before huffing when we then need another minute to reconsider. While the burgers were very nice, the meatball soup was very average and had almost no flavour, the Monti arrived lukewarm and was a rerun of the soup. Desert was better. Maybe we were there on a bad day, but I'd give it a miss.”

“It's a very cozy place for a family meal. Delicious and quality food, a very reasonable price tag. The hospitable staff of the restaurant create a unique atmosphere. We visit this place every time we come to Dilijan.”

“We ordered European cheese set where it says gouda and blue cheese also. And they didn’t bring it. Why is it written there if there is no gouda and blue cheese in that set but you have to pay for that.”

“Papanino is one of my favourite place in dilijan. Every time we visit the city, we try something new here. This time it was trout dish - very delicious. Big portion suitable for 5 people. Extremely soft and delicious. Also the place atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Not crowded at all.”

“I visited Dilijan with my tour group & a couple of us stopped by Papanino House after dinner for some dessert & coffee & wine. Karina was lovely and made sure we were attended to & got everything we needed (thank you so much Karina!!!!) I ordered the pavlova and it was a nice mix of cream and meringue :) I really appreciate the architecture/design on the interior of the restaurant as well, it feels very cozy. We all had a lovely night & highly recommend Papanino House :)”
