“Very disappointing experience at Hover Gardens tonight during Ruben Haghverdyan’s concert. We came as a tour group, and the host herself seated us — we didn’t choose the table. We had already ordered when a woman arrived claiming it was her reserved table. Instead of resolving it professionally, the host made us move to a worse table. No apology, no compensation. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. It ruined the whole evening.”
