“Service was awful. The hostess girl admitted she made a mistake by reserving the same table for two different customers and offered us another seat. After we asked how she decided to keep the table for the other guest if WE arrived first? The answer was - he is our frequent costumer. That is not a poor service, that is a DISRESPECT towards your clients. Never visiting that restaurant again.”

“We spent almost 150 Euro for 3 people for a meat and seafood that doesnt look fresh and has a very small portion. Cut of meat is not good. Its quite misleading compared to the photos on their menu. And orders take too long when we cook the meat ourselves, there was not that much people when we went there. And waiter forgot some of our orders. Overall i cant even rate the service for this.”

“Was there with my husband recently. One of my friends recommended to come here and we were not disappointed. The service is fine, the stuff is very pleasant. But there is a reason we chose this place! To make our own BBQ inside :D Yeah, every Armenian likes to make BBQ outdoors, but this is kind of interesting experience too. Also, when the meat is this tasty, the experience becomes far better. We will surely return)”

“I love places where you get to cook your own food, specially when you are in a company of friends and don't want to wait. Service was good, not over the top but always present. Food was fresh and charcoals hot. We had fun and enjoyed the food and ambiance.”

“I have been to this place 5 times in past 6 weeks and I will recommend it to those who love to BBQ themselves and yet enjoy a pleasant family friendly restaurant in heart of Yerevan. This is by far one of the best dining places I found in Yerevan. The Quality of food and service in each restaurant is something each restaurant would want, but you have to consider where most the business comes from random tourists with different cultural background and expectation it would be so hard to please everyone at 5 Star level. I wish this place continuous success and growth.”

“It was the worst service in Yerevan I’ve ever had. When ordering trout, the waiter said that all products are fresh and available. However, after 20 minutes of waiting, I asked if I may also add side dish, the waiter replied that my main course will be ready in at least 30 mins, then in 10 mins he came and asked me to change the course at all. I asked the manager to come and he apology was ‘we are too busy, our barbecue is full’.. I have wasted 50 minutes for nothing... There’s no word for such a service..”

“Food is good, but I challenge you to find a bad restaurant in Yerevan. Service instead is very bad, not so much the waiters but the management... since we are not local we have been given a very bad place and even if we asked twice to change table no option was available for us while 2 other tables changed and the table we asked was free for the two hours we spent in the restaurant. So, in conclusion, since food is not just feeding yourself but about the overall experience... go in a place where you feel to be a welcomed guest.”
