“Good dishes in the average of good Armenian cuisine I was disappointed by the Service with the guy who forgot the command several times and by the fact that many dishes we tried to order were "finished"”
“The place is very pleasant and atmospheric. Volcanic tuff walls, cozy tables... Also, musicians playing authentic music in the background! I really liked the pakhlava here - fresh and very delicious. And it's also always nice to see real brew tea in the kettle. Here, chabrez and mint were added to it. It's a beautiful combination! “This is a restaurant in the heart of Gyumri. Pros: - central location - traditional brickwork and interior - local, authentic national dishes on the menu - live music and DJ Cons: - service is extremely slow and not professional - orders are mixed up, items come irregularly - waiters are very young and lack experience, significant imrovement needed - no parking - chairs are very uncomfortable - overpriced Recommendations: - You may find a place in Gyumri at a similar price where food and service are much better. - It's a pity that this nice traditional restaurant is poorly managed. - And lastly, the managers should instruct their staff that it's too bad when the staff comes into a conversation with the guests blaming them on their (!) overloaded kitchen and their (!) inaccurate service instead of making excuses.”
