“Really love the new Cemi Cafe. location is perfect — right in the city center next to the park, making it a great place to stop for lunch with family or friends after a walk. The food is delicious, especially the risotto and tiramisu, which are my favorites. The service is friendly, the staff are welcoming, and the food is served surprisingly quickly. “I've been to CEMI quite a few times already, both with friends and on my own to work, and it has quickly become one of my favorite places in Dilijan. One of the things I appreciate most is that they serve breakfast early in the day. Dilijan doesn't have many places where you can comfortably start your morning with a good breakfast and coffee, so CEMI fills a real gap. The desserts deserve a special mention; everyone visiting CEMI should try at least one. Students working in the kitchen absolutely rock, and everything is served really fast. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming, with a beautiful interior. What stands out most, however, is the service. The students and staff are absolutely charming: attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. I will be back, definitely be back.”
