“We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had breakfast and dinner included as part of the booking. To summarize: Breakfast: -Average on variety/choice; not bad -Overcooked pouched eggs almost like plastic, served on a bed of dry greasy toast - charcuterie selection and cheese quality good - Turkish/Armenian coffee: poor and brewed early morning. If you ask for fresh brew it will be good. - Staff: friendly, yet untrained as to not stare at the guest/customers throughout Dinner: very bad, Overcooked, too salty and tough beef and dry pork. Salad had too much mayonnaise. As a person with Armenian heritage, I know how good the food can be/ is in many restaurants and this should not be the case in such a good hotel with otherwise great staff and service. SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT: maybe in low season times when number of guests are low, replace buffet with à la carte. I have seen this in many good boutique hotels around the world.”
