Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before booking any tours or tour packages via Armenia Discovery. While booking any tour on our website you can always make a cancellation whenever you want, but please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Also, note that the details of transportation (the vehicle change) will not be shared with you. In case of certain circumstances there can be minor changes in a tour plan.
The traveler must notify the travel agency as soon as possible if cancellation is required. We recommend each traveler read and review the cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
What CAN be Refunded
Some tours organized by our agency may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. If the minimum number won’t gather the affected traveler will be 100 % refunded or may choose a similar tour, as a substitute.
Note: If a traveler chooses a tour that may be more expensive than the original product, he should consider for paying the additional cost.
In case of bad weather conditions or other serious reasons where our travel agency has to cancel the tour, WE PROVIDE you with a 100% REFUND.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
- We make all hotel and tour schedule ahead of time.
- * Important. Any person who doesn’t appear on the day of departure will not be refunded
- Hotel extensions and instant confirmation products (admission tickets, all kinds of tickets) CANNOT be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your booking can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to review the cancellation policy fully.
Single-day tours
- 100% free cancellation 48 hours prior to the tour
- 0% refund for cancellations within 48 hours

(Tour packages longer than one day with accommodation, transfer, and other activities)

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date you make Cancellation Request and travel service start date.
All cancellations must be made directly with Armenia Discovery, not third party tour providers
Reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler's check/cashier's check will be refunded via PayPal or bank transfer. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
How to Cancel a Reservation
We will NOT accept email cancellations unless travelers have complete, attached Cancellation Form.
