“Found this family-friendly and very soulful restaurant from the reviews and immediately knew we were right! Dear Artush (we didn't immediately realize that this good-natured man is the owner of the place, and the woman next to him is his wonderful wife) greeted us with a welcoming word, it was very unusual, my wife and I looked over and decided to stay, and didn't miss! A wonderful dinner was held in good conversation, as if we were good old friends, two-plus hours flew by unnoticed, during which time the welcoming host treated us to homemade wine of his own vineyards, very delicious apricot vodka (the first time he tried such a rich and fragrant drink), as well as homemade delicious pastries and fine coffee! Very delicious food, Recommend kufta with house wine and beefstroganov, as well as vegetables, these were probably the most delicious that we ate in the whole of Armenia, Artush said that they have been brought to him specially for many years and always the best quality, everything is home-cooked, and very delicious, portions are more than worthy, you will not stay hungry))) We said goodbye already good friends and it was a complete feeling that we stopped by for dinner at a close friend's...this is the very soulful and pleasant chord set on their first and definitely not last trip to Armenia, And 💯 will definitely stop by Artush!”

“Very good restaurant covering a quality Armenian menu. The restaurant is not very large, it may be prudent to book. One of their specialties is Manti, the small Armenian dumplings cooked in the oven. This is what we had with an Anaid salad, grilled vegetables cooked and reconstituted into salad. Also with a hommous, two glasses of wine and mineral water, the bill amounts to 23000 drams, about 52 euros. It is true that we are in the high price range of Armenia, but it is entirely justified by the impeccable service the quality and abundance of dishes offered as well as the beauty of the restaurant.”

“Have been to the restaurant and were very pleased !!! Made a fresh, very beautiful renovation in the classic style. The owner himself is present in the hall and watching. The hall is not large at all, but there were 2 very cultured waiters, service on the level. They ordered lamb hashlam and crowd, very good. From the owner they brought a compliment of pure apricot vodka, and the wife was offered wines. Artush is a very friendly and hospitable man, had a little chat with him, told many interesting things. A couple of days later, they met him at the GUM market, where he picked out his own food for the kitchen, recognized us, and embraced each other. In general, for me, this small and cozy restaurant and its owner became a symbol of Yerevan and Armenian hospitality. Of course I recommend everyone!!!”

Not far from our hotel we found a wonderful place called “U Artush”. We focused on the menu and reviews. And they were right! It was an amazing reception. Delicious dishes, colorful interior, excellent service, the owner himself took an active part in everything, talking about the dishes they prepare according to his mother’s recipes.
