“They didn't have a menu, there were no sweets, the waitress offered only barbecue and kebab. We ordered fries and coffee and waited 40 minutes when the restaurant was almost empty .”

“In general I'm easy going person and even a little attitude satisfies me, so imagine how bad this service was, that I have decided to share my experience here with all the travelers who will somehow decide to come. So the are is wonderful, the surrounding is Just wow, open air part is what I fell in love when ai first entered. So I decided that my wedding will take place here. This is what I was looking for these long. For several times we had visits to the restaurant and arranged everything in details, so we will not have any kicks moment, so all what we agreed seemed even more than fine. So what we got at the end awfully low quality service. The manager is shouting on my guests, that it's not still the time to take the seats(however she promised to arrange chairs next to the wedding arch, so that the guests can sit, until the ceremony will start), btw in the morning, where my friend was arranging everything, she said that it's extra charge to put chairs next to the wedding arch. Still the chairs for the guests were missimg, which she promised, so the guests had no other choice than to sit where the food is. The waitresses were rudely asking to free the road to the tables, cause they can't work. Well on the big tent we asked for 120 people, in fact, we were told first that there is possiblyty to arrange the tables for 120, then we asked for 24 person per 2 table, in fact, although at the end we cancelled, as our guests cancelled their presence in the wedding. However there can be hosted 100-110 max. So the chairs were so close to each other that the waitresses were asking the guests to transfer the food or plates, or whatever. I'm the client and I can ask a lot of things, but the restaurant is in charge to know the possibilities of the area. They could just say that no we can arrange only for 100 the rest we will arrange in small tents, or any other solution..You know why? Because for every 6 they put 1 portion, if there are 20 per table so they just put 3 portion and save for 2. If it would be separate table, they would have to put more portion, which they saved. Well we had agreed for unlimited vodka and wine.on the bride's and groom's table no vodka appeared. We couldn't find the waiters in order to ask for the vodka. Ah also. We had paid separately for a tent for the bride's and groom's table, and no light at all. We were sitting in a dark tent. Ah sorry we didn't ask for the light, however normal service could guess that in the evening it won't be pleasant to sit there. One more thing. The waiter started rudely prescribe us to cut the cake 10sharp, when we didn't agree anything regarding our program. Well a lot of small but at the same time important details were spoiled by the service. In my personal opinion, what I saw is they don't care about the client, they care about the money at the same time do not have the ethics of communicating with the clients. May be for smaller groups they have the resources to serve, but for big events for sure not reccomended.”
