“Great coffee shop with very good matches, on coconut water. Desserts are delicious. Cool music is hateful with a DJ. I take it this is a merger of several restaurants and coffee shops.”

“I like this place, but I wish the service were more professional. We came in on a Tuesday midday when there were only 2–3 occupied tables, yet we had to wait a long time just to get salt and pepper—by the time it arrived, our food was cold. It also took quite a while to get the check. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just inattentive. As for the food, it can be hit or miss—sometimes it’s excellent, other times a bit bland—but overall, it’s good enough to keep me coming back.”

“I recently visited [Collective], and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with cozy seating and soft lighting that makes it perfect for a relaxed coffee break or a casual meeting. The menu offers a great selection of coffee, teas, and pastries. I tried the [Tarte and coffee ], and it was fantastic—rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The service was friendly and efficient, with the staff making sure every guest felt welcome.”

“The hostess lied to me, claiming there were no available seats, even though there were. I went there with my girlfriend and noticed several empty tables. When we asked to be seated, the hostess told us that all the tables were booked. She even asked her colleagues if anyone had requested the bill so we could wait for a table to free up, but returned with a negative response. She then took my number and said they would call if a table became available—but they never did. Exactly three minutes after we left, my girlfriend called the restaurant to make a reservation. To our surprise, they said they had free tables, so she booked one immediately. When we returned, those same “booked” tables were still empty, and no one had arrived to occupy them. Shame on the hostess for lying—this was extremely disrespectful behavior. Very disappointing experience.”
