Bellagio Restaurant

“I went there to celebrate New Year with my two children. I had booked my table two months before, my table should be in the middle with 4 more people so with my family 7 people. But the same day I was offered a table at the back of the room with about twenty people and three chairs available on the back. I refused to sit his seats and the administrators had nothing else to offer me by giving me reasons that the last minutes we got reservations. I explained that their reservations should not impact me because I had booked well before. They couldn’t find the solution for me so I found myself outside with my children on December 31 at 11:30.”

“Very disappointed. We were 10 people. It was written in invoice some things we never ordered and didn't see. When we addressed this, the manager apologized and refunded the money (10000 dram). Sauna was only made to appear for ours and not ready for 2 hours.”

“I assume this is not a type of restaurant one would wish to visit just by chance. However, even if planned in advance, you should consider the following: Pros: - food is very good. The quality, appearance and taste are of highest standard. - service. Cons: - the live band is TOO LOUD AND AWFUL! I guess the majority of guests is happy with this quality, but still - the quality and loudness of so called ,,music,, is distracting and disappointing. - right in front of the stairs leading to the main hall there is always a couple of men seating around a small table and gazing the visitors making the unevitable visual contact way too uncomfortable. Is this the security or not? Doesn't matter - very stressing. My recommendation: - if you wanna have better impression of genuine Armenian music, just avoid this place. - if you wanna talk to your table-mates, again avoid this place - you can't make it because of the loud music.”

“We celebrated my birthday at the Bellagio in May 2021. Beautiful restaurant with very courteous staff, very Special thanks to Lisa!!!!!!! She looked after me incredibly well from the first to the last minute, dear Lisa, thank you very much, I had an unforgettable party and my guests had a wonderful time! The food was incredibly delicious, the music was great and every employee went to great lengths.
