“Thank you very much to the Barev Arev team. It's our best memory of Yerevan. The kitchen is delicious, extremely fine, the service neat and the setting warm. The price is quite reasonable considering the quality... We highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Come on the recommendation of friends and have no regrets! The menu is very convenient on 1 page. You can order either a 5-course set for 18,000 drams or individually. Some dishes really delighted: crème brûlée of squirrel, deconstructive rescue (a la kefir-based soup) and ice cream of pistachio. The portions are small, they say it immediately. It's great that you can try a few dishes and not die of gluttony! The owner meets, cooks and communicates very soulfully)) We broke up practically friends, with pictures to remember and treats from the owner - Sasha. Thank you very much. More good guests.”

“We were honestly very disappointed with this place. We paid 60 000 drams for two people, but the food was surprisingly bland and lacked flavor. For that price, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately, we left the restaurant still feeling hungry. Yerevan has many fantastic restaurants where the food is truly delicious and the prices are much more reasonable, so this experience was quite frustrating.”

“We as people who travel frequently and are spoiled by good service and quality of cuisine, it is difficult to please.Barev Arev this managed, in my opinion, one of the best restaurant in Armenia. Balanced, modern and original taste of dishes, quality products and a soulful friendly approach to each guest. The chef comes out to the house, chats, treats.”

“THE restaurant to get to know Armenia. We had dinner there on our first evening in Yerevan. The cuisine and hospitality provided by the chef are as exceptional as they are joyful. The restaurant of the friend Aleph (little nickname that arose during the meal and remained to designate the place and its owner) is and will remain the gateway of our trip. Surprising flavours, lots of inventions, unexpected and precious wines, lots of humour, in short, a complete success! We will come back to it with pleasure because unavoidable during our Act II with Armenia. Aleph, the must-see!”

“(French person speaking here) Nice atmosphere, discrete music, elegant and simple decoration (perfect to my taste), the menu in 5 courses offers just the right amount choice and an interesting combination of Armenian products and French/Italian influence. The chef is very welcoming and kind, the food is great, I would definitely recommend and come back.”
