“More than 30 minutes noone is approaching to take your order, and if you do not have the whole day to sit in the cafe, keep away from this place. The worst service ever. I am leaving without even taking anything. Just wanted coffee.”

“I went there with a big group. If you are going to visit the monastery then it's a perfect place to have a dinner. Food is delicious. Staff is nice. View is stunning, so calm and mysterious.”

“Three first thing we noted for the cafe was the very slow. After sitting for a couple of minutes in outer area, I had to go inside to have a menu. Since that the staff started to pay attention to our table. Quality of food was average and seemed like overall overpriced as compared to other places in the region. However, the views from the cafe were amazing. As a summary, should recommend the cafe only in case you have a long trip without a chance to have something to eat elsewhere and still have to wait for the aerial tram.”

“I enjoyed the fish wrapped in lavash. There are so many creative ways to eat lavash! A;sp the eggplant morsels wrapped around nuts and yoghurt were amazing. This is a place where large tourist groups can get a meal before or after the cable car ride.”

“I sat and waited for ages and was ignored. I went to the bar and ordered a beer. When the waitress brought a beer i asked for a menu. By the time the menu came I had already finished my beer. I ordered a beet salad. One beer later the salad arrived with the bill!!! But it was a delicious salad - spoiled by smokers near by”

“The Dolmas where very good, we had fast service for our large tour group , Very Clean and waitresses where friendly. Armenian Coffee --Sev Hye Surg was very good. Small gift store, Bathrooms where clean”

“Cant comment on the food since I only had salad and bread. No veggie options :( the veg dish I had was some spinach and mushroom dish which was so bad! But the views are nice and one can use their washroom after a long journey.”

“Have to start with a disclaimer - We didn't get to see the full menu. Had lunch as part of a tour group, with the menu options limited to 4 items. Am sure the restaurant menu may have much more to offer. The 4 rating is giving the benefit of doubt to the restaurant, else would have rated it 3. The dishes we had were regular, none i would have again. On the good side, The view was spectacular, location is just next to the cable car station at the base.”
