“My latest visit to Sheeraz cafe was few days ago, Sheeraz Cafe was and still my favourite restaurant in Gyumri. The music and the vibe are excellent the service is amazing.The waiters were checking up on us often , even the manager came and asked if everything is okay. As for the food, as always the food is on top very clean very esthetic. We went with friends and family and each plate we orders had his signature. The most plat that captured our attention was the salmon and OMG the salmon plate was excellent. The fish was very fresh and cooked perfectly tender, flaky, and full of flavor. The sides complemented it well and the presentation was lovely. I would definitely order it again.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. From the start, the service was slow and inattentive. We ordered our food and some water, but the water was only brought after we reminded the waiter—quite late into the meal. Then, instead of the chicken and quinoa salad we ordered, they brought us a Caesar salad. We tried to be patient, but we ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. When we finally received the main dish (which was supposed to be salmon), we were served a completely different type of fish. It neither tasted like salmon nor looked like it. When we pointed this out, there was no apology or effort to fix the situation. Shockingly, instead of trying to resolve any of the issues, the staff told us we could simply leave the restaurant if we weren’t satisfied. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.”
