The management even didn’t ask why we rejected to touch the dish. At the same time we paid the full price. Don’t ruin your mood by visiting this place.”

“Yesterday, between 21:30 and 22:00, we visited your café in Cascade. We ordered Arrabbiata and pasta with spinach. Although it arrived quickly, within five minutes, I was disappointed to find that the pasta did not seem freshly prepared. Despite the steam on the outside, which suggested it was hot, the pasta was already cold when I stirred it, indicating it may have just been heated in the microwave. I was hungry and ate it, but the quality of the food served was quite poor. Would you consider eating it yourself? Are you truly satisfied with such a meal? The portion sizes were smaller than a child’s serving, which raises concerns not only about the quantity but also the quality. The Arrabbiata was excessively spicy, and I suspect it was made with low-quality ketchup, as the taste was very apparent. Considering the price of a portion (2,900 to 3,500 drams), the food fell far short of expectations. I received a lackluster meal in lukewarm condition made from cheap ingredients, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I value quality and am willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, my experience at your café has led me to decide that I will not return, either in person or online. I urge you to be more conscientious in your business practices.”

“I visited here twice and was very pleased with the food, but the same cannot be said about the service. the first time they came for breakfast, the waiter didn’t hear what I ordered and then didn’t want to change it to the dish that I told him, it seemed like it was his mistake, but he didn’t want to change it, in the end he brought my friend’s breakfast 10 minutes later, mine, I don’t understand, he thinks that we have to wait for breakfast when the first order is already cold.
