“Just a below-average fast food place. Hard to understand how it works, and staff is unfriendly and non-responsive. It’s half self-service and half table-waiting for no reason. They would be amused if you try to pay by card and will act like it’s rejected to not bother. If you ask for two muffins, they might serve one vanilla and one chocolate without confirming. Food is mainly unfresh. Staff has no masks and doesn’t bother about hygiene - they might sneeze on food during preparation. There are flies around. If you live in the nearby hotel and need to grab a byte fast - then you can come here, otherwise don’t. For me this was the second worst place I’ve been in Gyumri, so only 3 stars.”
