“07.08.2024, i went for an ice latte, the men at the cash with long hair was a bit rude, i asked what milks do they have, then decided to take with simple cow milk, he looked at me like he was tired already talking to a guest and said “so you just want a simple ice latte??🙄”, like why would you ask me about what do we have if you will have it with the cow milk, that was rude to me, overall the coffee was good and the atmosphere as well, overall, those are little details to be fixed, and then it will be a good service”

“Excellent food and slow/terrible service like pretty much everywhere in Yerevan haha. The first time I came I got the grilled aubergine salad with tahini, spinach, dried tomatoes, pine nuts, mustard and balsamic glaze, bc both the tofu salad and trout bowl were out. Absolutely delicious and attractive plate arrived, and I devoured it all. Also got two energy balls and they tasted very good: dense but also a bit of softness. The interior is conducive to remote working as it seems several people were doing: light wood interior with small potted plants, and comfortable seating. Strong Wifi. The second time I ate, yesterday, I called ahead of time and asked if the trout bowl was now available. I was told yes but disappointingly, that was not the case when I arrived 15 minutes later. I instead got the tofu bowl with radishes, dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, without cucumber… and it arrived with cukes :/ so I picked them out. The waitress apologised but it was annoying as that was the ONE item I didn’t want. Anyway the rest of the salad was tasty 🤤 A decent amount of smoked tofu chunks and good handfuls of kale. Come to think of it, I think the avo was missing though?! Anyway lovely and light grapefruit lemonade.”

“I ordered a chicken dish. I got prawns. I called the delivery company... they agreed to replace it. 5 minutes later, another call. Apparently. eat and fit seem to think I have enough spare time in my day, to tell them that they sent me the wrong meal, so I can get a free one - and they wanted me to take a photo of the incorrect dish. I refused. But eat and fit, for your benefit, here is the photo you requested. Unbelievable. If you assume every customer is a liar, you will definitely get nowhere.”
