“The surrounding nature and mountains especially make a fantastic scene. The Armenian cuisine is quite tasty and the lights are so beautiful in the evening. One can really enjoy it but I have a remark: the first one is that i didn't like the animals kept in cages because it's not a zoo but a restaurant and it doesn't have any entertaining function in this case. P.S. One of my friends lost a golden ring there and imagine our surprise that the staff found it and gave it back!”

“Stunning place if you want to taste traditional Armenian cuisine and spend time admiring nature. The restaurant is located between Ashtarak canyon. Tasty food, good service, nice views! You can enjoy sounds of river, and company of ducks and swans.”

“We were desperate for a meal in this sparse location and were delighted to find the Dzor in the gorge by the river. (you must have Google maps to find it = no English sign posting). Seems foreigners are not very frequently there since we were spirited off to a shelter by the river which we had to ourselves. Great meal, excellent service, linen and all. Superb Karas red wine.”
